165,000 baby sleepers have been voluntarily recalled, on the tails of the 2019 Fisher Price Rock N’ Play Recall. Many of these products were sought after by mom’s looking for a replacement for the Rock N’ Play, though some have not been sold since 2018. Graco, Summer Infant, Evenflo, and Delta Children all issued recalls styles of inclined sleepers which may cause suffocation if used incorrectly.
The four different recalls include Graco’s Little Lounger Rocking Seat Sleeper, Summer Infant’s SwaddleMe By Your Bed Sleeper, Evenflo’s Pillo Portable Napper, and Multiple Delta Childrens sleepers(See below).
This is just another step in the direction to keep babies safe. Many of these products were not intended to be used without parent supervision, and without that supervision, a child may end up in a position that blocks their airway.
