With all the streaming services out there and the announcement of Disney’s upcoming option joining the market many families have been on the edge of their seats for the details. This evening they finally released the first information including price and some programs that will be included.
The first surprise I found was that the Simpsons will be joining Disney+. After 30 years, the Simpsons are staying relevant and current, this is a fun addition for the adults and older viewers. They have also confirmed that it will include Disney+ exclusive series and will have a new “Monsters at Work” series starring our favorite Monsters Mike and Sully. High School Musical is also having a bit of a revival in a new series that takes place at the actual high school where the original movie was shot.
I have been very eager to find out what the price point would be for this new option. The 
words Disney and affordable rarely are found together, until now. The service will be competitive with Netflix at only $6.99 per month. We have a while to adjust our budgets to accommodate also since the new service doesn’t arrive until November.
And of course, the movies are coming! Theres no word if, or what, movies will be brought out of the famous Disney vault however they have confirmed a few movies that will be available. Free Solo, Captain Marvel, Avengers: Infinity War, Snow White, Frozen, Coco and Moana. They have also confirmed that some of my favorite series from my childhood would be available like Hannah Montana and Suite Life of Zach and Cody.
I think my family is already sold on this new option! Will you be joining in the hype in November?
